劉三陽，教授、1996年獲評博導(dǎo)。國家級人才，國家教學(xué)名師，陜西省首批師德楷模、教書育人楷模，九、十屆全國人大代表，現(xiàn)任全國政協(xié)委員、國家教材委專委會委員、教育部教指委委員、陜西省教指委數(shù)理類副主任。主要從事最優(yōu)化理論及其應(yīng)用研究，獲陜西省科技一等獎2項、省部級科技二等獎4項、國家級教學(xué)成果獎3項、陜西省教學(xué)成果獎10多項。出版國家規(guī)劃教材2部，并先后獲陜西省優(yōu)秀教材一二等獎。擔(dān)任國內(nèi)外5個雜志編委。享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼。
Sanyang Liu is a Professor and PhD supervisor in School of Mathematics and Statistics, Xidian University. He was awarded the National Outstanding Teacher by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, supported by the National Talents Plan, and received Government Special Allowance from the State Council. He is also elected as a member of the CPPCC.
His main research area is Optimization Methods and Applications. He has published more than 500 papers, including global hot papers and ESI highly cited papers. He obtained 3 National Teaching Achievement Awards, 10 Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards, 6 first-class and second-class prizes of Shaanxi Science and Technology awards. Two of his textbooks were awarded the National Planned Textbooks. He has supervised more than 300 MSc and PhD students.
